Use the Wentwest ECT visit form

What is it?

This form is the form currently used at Wentwest by External Clinical Teaching visitors viewing registrar’s consulting sessions.

Who developed it?

This form was developed by Wentwest from the old RACGP ECT visiting forms.

How is it done?

The form is completed by the observer during a consultation and teaching opportunities taken between consultations or at the end of the session.

What does the supervisor do?

The supervisor looks for consulting and clinical issues which can be discussed and taught at the time of the consultation

Practice tips

1. Look for opportunities to teach about other domains such as population health, practice management or legal issues which arise.

2. Book fewer patients than a regular clinic.
